FT Ductile Achieves ISO Success

FT Ductile was delighted when it recently achieved certification of all 3 standards; ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.
It has implemented a brand new integrated management and business improvement database, which has been developed over the last 6 months by QEM Solutions. The Frazer & Tabberer Group had been using a prior version of QEM's management system, but when the group relocated its business premises at the end of 2010, it seemed an ideal time to re-visit the processes in place and streamline them further.
The use of the new management system was the key to the ISO accrediation success.
